Ideation

Exploration

Logotype over logomark.

This decision favors timelessness and name recognition, building brand awareness with zero risk of confusion, letting the name itself do the work.

Typeface exploration

Serif type brings a sense of heritage, trust, and authority to the mark. Script type introduces elegance and expressiveness through its hand-drawn quality, a natural fit for Studio Riley's identity.

Wrapping Up

Reflection

From Pretty to Purposeful!

This experience became my pivot into UX, a shift from creating things that simply looked good to designing things that impacts on a bigger scale.

It reshaped how I think about impact, not just visual appeal, but real value for the people using it.

Handing Client Feedback

Clients often don't know exactly what they need until they see something in front of them early feedback loops are where real direction emerges.

Fast, low-stakes iterations let us course-correct quickly, turning ambiguity into clarity before committing to a final direction.

Love this project as much as I do?
